Happy Halloween!
So I wasn't as good this year about getting pictures of Josh . I apparently didn't get any when he went trick or treating, and I forgot our camera when we went to Boo at the Zoo. Riding the train seems to be the highlight of Josh's existence so far. He was literally shaking with excitement. A friend got a pic that I will have to post when I get it from her! Otherwise, here are the pics I did get from Halloween!
This is my favorite picture of all time! One day Greg widened his eyes at Josh and Josh called it "Big Eyes." From then on, Josh tried to do "Big Eyes" and his mouth goes big right along with his eyes. It is so cute and funny. So we did the pumpkin after Josh's "Big Eyes" and he LOVES it! It's still on the porch and he talks to it about its big eyes!
I made a giant maze out of boxes I collected from different members. It was fun, but I'm not sure it was worth all the time and effort....
This is one of Josh's little buddies, Gordan. He had a great Chef's costume that his mom made. Then like all kids do, he found a giant dirty puddle and jumped in it. Here he was being a scary monster. I guess the dirt inspired him.
This is the Sister Missionaries in our ward right now. Sister Mellor and Sister Hatch. They looked great as pirates!

Inside the SciQuest
The Hands on Trucks was at the Huntsville version of the McWane Center called SciQuest. I think Greg and I enjoyed it more than Josh! I didn't get many pics of Josh inside b/c we were busy playing and he was just running around.

Josh and Grandpa looking "inside" their stomach!
How awesome!!! A giant operation game!
A sit n' spin magnet force.

Hands On Trucks in Huntsville!
This was so much fun. I had a hard time narrowing down the pictures, yes these are narrowed down. As you will see, Josh just wanted to run around looking at the trucks, not get inside. But you were allowed to play in them. Everyone should do this next year!

Take a tour with Josh through all of the trucks...
All he said for the tall bucket trucks was..."OOOOOOOOOO!!!!!"

It's hard to say what was his favorite. (Unfortunately I think the only truck NOT there was garbage truck or that would have won.) I mean, a real live dump truck, oh my!

Besides running around, he kept finding his way back to the traffic cones to knock them over. Then Grandpa picked them up, then he knocked them back over. You get the idea.

Like I said, he wasn't in the mood to actually get ON the trucks. Even the tracker and giant "scoop!" that he normally would kill to get on!

"Sarge!" well, not really, but scary, right? A real-life army jeep with a BIG gun!

Not just for babies butts...
So Ashley told me she had heard about using baby wipes for make-up removal.Well I had been meaning to try it out, but hadn't gotten around to it. The other day was long and tiring for many reasons, but when I finally got home and flopped in bed I had forgotten all about washing my face and I remembered this idea.
It works GREAT!!!!! It removed all my make-up (except for some mascara) and left my face feeling fresh as a, well....baby's bottom!!!

My New Nephew!
Josh and I got to hang out with my niece and nephew, Hayleigh and Jordan, while my sister-in-law went in for her c-section.
Josh did a good job dividing his play time. He was such a good little host! He played cars with his cousin Jordan and dolls with his cousin Hayleigh. She made him the "dad" and he got to help push the stroller! Ha.
My brother Ray, the proud father!

My Dad turns 50 tomorrow!
My dad turns 50 tomorrow! Where has the time gone?
We had his party last weekend. I guess I was too busy making the cake to get any pics. Hopefully I can get some from my step-mom. Anyway, this is the cake I made. He loved it! Gross, I know, but what can I say? Guys love poop humor!!! You can't read it very well from the pic, but it said "After 50, everything turns to crap."
Yes, it was all edible. The toilet water was gel icing and the "poop" was frosting too!
YUM!!!
