Recommend: Coffeemate - Not just for coffee

My father-in-law makes the best pancakes. I finally learned his "secret" ingredient and have fully enjoyed it. I use any complete pancake mix that all you need to add is water. Instead of the full amount of water, use the liquid vanilla coffee mate for 1/4 to 1/2 of the requested amount of water. Then cook. Y-u-m-m-y!!!

Oak Mtn State Park: Petting Zoo

It's getting warmer. Hopefully we will be good for shorts soon. Josh has grown out of his pants.

We had fun at the zoo today. Josh did really well exploring all of the animals w/o getting scared. He was sad that there was no pig. All they had were baby pigs. I didn't ask what happened to the big guy. All of the birds and baby animals are in the little "barn." When we got to close to the rooster "cock-a-doodle-dood" right in Josh's face. Needless to say, he's not to happy about it. He keeps telling me "the rooster scared me momma." But overall, it was a fun time!

Our Favorite Place: Aldridge Gardens

Thanks goodness it's warmer outside. Fall and Spring have so many great qualities. Including the weather being nice enough to venture to Aldridge (our local Botanical Gardens).

Josh just refers to eat as "feeding the ducks." I never thought I would be excited about having stale bread, but I always need at least half a loaf to go and I hate wasting good bread!

Not Recommended: Generic Tylenol Simply Sleep

As usual, I bought the generic medicine. I hadn't been sleeping very well, go figure...

Josh is finally sleeping through the night and now I can't!!!

So I have almost finished the whole package and it's not working at all.

I wonder if the real stuff would do any better...
